All products sold by MXMods (the “Seller”) are aftermarket, custom, or performance-oriented components and are not original equipment (OEM) parts. These products are not designed, tested, or approved by any motorcycle manufacturer and are intended solely for off-road or closed-course use.

Installation and use of these products may significantly alter the performance, handling, and safety characteristics of a motorcycle or dirt bike. Improper installation, misuse, mechanical failure, or riding conditions can result in property damage, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death.

By purchasing, installing, or using any product sold on this site, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for proper installation, maintenance, and compatibility
• Products are intended for experienced riders only
• Products are not intended for street use and are not street legal
• Professional installation is strongly recommended

The Seller, its owners, designers, manufacturers, affiliates, and representatives expressly disclaim any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from:

• Use or misuse of any product
• Improper installation or maintenance
• Mechanical failure
• Loss of control, crashes, or accidents

No warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided unless explicitly stated in writing.

Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
