MXMods Return Policy

Effective Date: February 2025

Thank you for shopping with MXMods. Please review our return policy below before initiating a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and unmodified
  • The item is in its original packaging with all hardware, instructions, and accessories included
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow the MXMods General Product Disclaimer and Terms of Service
  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or modification beyond their original condition

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Mxmodsco@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for your return
  4. Photos of the item in its current condition and packaging

Do not ship any items back without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • If the return is due to a Seller error (wrong item shipped, incorrect order, etc.), MXMods will cover return shipping costs
  • All returns must be shipped with a trackable shipping method — MXMods is not responsible for returns lost in transit
  • Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping — returns received in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging may be denied

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • No restocking fees apply

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or part, please contact us at Mxmodsco@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility requirements as returns and are dependent on product availability. If the replacement item differs in price, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the packaging as received
  • Your order number

Defective and damaged-on-arrival claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. MXMods will review each claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy above.

Warranty Claims

MXMods does not provide express or implied warranties unless explicitly stated on a specific product listing. As outlined in our General Product Disclaimer, all products are aftermarket performance components sold as-is. Any warranty coverage, where applicable, will be noted on the individual product page.
